Echo shard enhanced bows and crossbows

With the introduction of echo shards to the newest snapshot i feel it would be nice to give the bows and crossbow a new upgrade
Using either the echo shard, or an item crafted from the echo shard if it's too overpowered, you could enchance both crossbows and bows
It's main gimmick would be that the experience of whatever it kills gets transferred directly to the player that killed it. It would also get a boost to durability and, depending on how it's balanced, to damage as well.
