Ancient Bargainer

A variant of a trader that sells much more of the mystical and magical blocks already existing in the game. The name of the NPC could be changed but the part that matters is the core function and fundamentals. This "Ancient Bargainer" would be the hardest trading NPC as he would spawn in the end. He would be paired up with a new structure idea, the end voyager. The end voyager would be a end city ship that has gone astray from the city and does not contain an elytra or brewing stand, rather it would posses the Ancient Bargainer. The main part of this NPC is his trading would allow you to gather items that are not renewable and or somewhat rare. He would not sell items that are sold from the wandering trader or anything of the sort. This trader would sell items such as turtle master potions, nautilus shells, or even skulls from mobs. This NPC could also be the perfect way to get a explorer map for an ancient city.

Interesting idea, but depending upon how rare the Voyager ship is, you might be more likely to find and End city on your own.

I like it, maybe there could be a very rare variant that spawns in 1/50 villages
