Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

bring back the nether reactor core

I think we should bring this item back with mostly the same use, a tower structure would spawn in the nether and when you place this block down on the bottom floor in an obvious enough looking spot mobs would start to fill the tower w/ chests of loot being on each of the floors with possibly a new item spawning with in to make it that much more worth it perhaps even a new boss or mini boss like the elder guardian that could drop that item to add a sense of familiarity yet an enjoyable amount of new content to the game.

    Should be it's own reality shifting biome thing, like the infinite dimension update but with changing blocks, generating items, and creating a structure to fight mobs to earn said generated items in would be excellent.

    Something manageable as so it can be made in deep slate, but not small enough to be done in a single setting.

    I'd love to see some pink and black texture less original phantoms with the flappy mouths appear from the weird spawner I made that is an interdimentional reactor powered by diamond and short lived [limited items, limited block summon, limited mobs]

    Theres also alot that can go wrong or useless like getting a chunk full of water or a dimension of glazed terracotta and nether wart block trees... so doing so would have to be cool enough to be repetitive
