Custom your own settigs with monsters, hunger, etc.

I hate monsters but I love the abillity "hunger". I think that it should be with all the other settings so you just could mitch and match between what you liked. So if you want to have all blocks in your inventory, being able to get damage and not being able to fly, you just could adjust it in your settings.
