Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Mossy tree trunks

Moss not only grows in the ground and on stone but also on trees.
In lush biomes such as swamps and rainforests and also on mega taiga and dark forests, moss grows on trees since it likes damp and shady locations in real life. It will look like a tree log covered in patches of green moss all over.
Jungle trees, dark oak, giant spruce and mangrove trees can spawn with moss growing at the bottom logs as mossy logs of the particular tree (example: mossy spruce log, mossy jungle log). Mossy logs can also be crafted by adding moss with a log that can be mossy. If a mossy log is placed on a crafting grid, it just crafts into planks of that wood type which removes the moss.

    Adding moss clumps would also add too the astetic and relisticness
