horn blowers

with 1 dispenser and 1 goat horn you can make a horn blower block you can shift press it to set it into the different positions if it has a constant signal it will play the song/horn looping or it will cut off the song when the signal stops and it will restart the song if left unplayed for 5 seconds or if played before then it will start up where it left off allowing players to do more w/ it for music.
