Whenever you place a Skulk Shrieker down, the block state that determines whether or not a Warden will be spawned is set to "false" (In otherwords, you can only summon the Warden with naturally generated Skulk Shriekers).
How about we change that up a bit for people that DO want to keep summoning the Warden to where whenever you place one down while in the Deep Dark Biome, the block state "can_summon" is set to "true", but is still set to "false" whenever you place it down anywhere outside of the Deep Dark.
This could let people still summon the Warden in Survival Mode. Maybe you want to set up a base in the Ancient City, and the Warden can be a "guard dog" of sorts for your entrance to deter other players from breaking in? Or you could make a little mini-game in Survival where the players try and avoid the Warden, and the last one standing wins?
Whatever people do with it, I just think it's a good idea to still be able to summon the Warden in some way :)
