Alot of people want to hold potions, why not craft them in the inventory? Having a sack crafted from a goat's horn, nautilus shells, a glowstone lamp, bundle and a lightning rod. The alchemists travel kit is a portable crafting menu that holds items and is accessed by placing the item in the offhand [replacing the 2×2 crafting table in inventory with a travel sized espresso machine] generating 2 potions 6 times as if they were crafted using a glowstone and redstone dust before needing to be refilled with a glowstone lamp and new blazepowder. While having 4 slots above the normal inventory for bottles and item management.
When near the water, hold the alchemist in offhand and left click to fill , items must be placed properly, bottles auto fill in bag for 1 use [needing refill for every 2 potions]
I hope potions and alchemy get updated in java and being able to quickly assemble potions instead of wasting a slot is a convenient bypass from exclusion or loss in ability and opening to the potentials and capabilities that the magical items of minecraft offers.
I desire a wall climbing potion made with farmable nether vines.
And or smoke bombs made with dyes that lose effect with time [making freshly made smoke bombs easier to hide in].
There is alot of unused potential in potion brewing and the surrounding particle effects involved. I would love to have visual potions that are like illusion/magic fireworks or just some actual usability from magic dmg
