New Echo Shard Items

There should be 2 or so new items to get or create from the Deep Dark Cities. Maybe you put an echo shard in an anvil with a goat horn and once you combine it for 1 level you get a goat horn that will be extremely loud and maybe stun mobs or do a small AOE attack where it freezes hostile mobs in place. Item 2: You need 1 echo shard, 1 stick, and 1 iron ingot which would make a strengthened arrow that did slightly more damage and gives the darkness effect for 2 seconds
