Flowering Cacti / succulents

Make the dessert biome a more colourful place. A player can bone meal a cactus to make it flower. The flowering cacti would have to be obtained using silk touch overwise the would drop nothing. The colours would be pink, white, red, orange, yellow and lime green.

i think it should be in the badlands too because the badlands biome vote had a sugaro cactus and i think that would be cool
