Fast Shot enchant for the bows

I was playing alpha and i really miss when the bows where literally arrow launchers, my idea is an enchant for bows that make they shooting at max power instantly, like quick reload in the crossbows but this are going to be instantly shoot

 

(an enchant that can be find in a rare structure loot like ancient cities)
