Freezing should happen in more situations

The freezing effect when falling into powder snow is cool but needs to be implemented in other situations. It's weird how most cold biomes don't have the freezing effect happen to you now. Other things that could cause the freezing effect: Being out at night in cold biomes without moving constantly. If you keep moving you would keep from freezing, but standing still you would start to freeze. Swimming in water that has ice over it or swimming in a cold biome. You should have to avoid getting wet in cold biomes, that would make it more realistic Also, being near a Campfire should take away the freezing effect
