Horse Armor Improvements

Horse armor should get an update for enchantments . Some enchantments that already exist like Protection , Thorns , Frost Walker and Feather Falling, but it should have some new enchantments that would increase stats or ones that might do damage if you run over something or gives a small boost to the player riding it. 

Also if this were to be added netherite horse armor that would be found in bastions . This  would be another  armor that decreases knockback resistance like every other piece netherite armor
