A person who suggested an idea that gets implemented into the actual game deserves to get something back in return as a "thank you". It makes sense to give them a special cape.
Currently the only way to get a cape (as of April 2022) is by migrating an account to Microsoft. But what about those who didn't have to migrate?
Giving players a cape, gives them the incentive to post more interesting and cool ideas.
