Fix enderman teleportation (they always lose sight of the player)

Way too often, after being attacked, endermen teleport far enough away that they lose sight of the player. I often have to anger 10 or more just to get a single ender pearl because I can never kill them in time. It is especially bad in the nether, where they can easily teleport to a different cave.

    No this is really bad, Java is infinitely better when it comes to endermen
