Add one Minecraft Dungeons mob to Minecraft for representation

With the Glow Squid in the base Minecraft game representing the now shut down Minecraft Earth, it would be a good idea to implement a Minecraft Dungeons mob into Minecraft to represent that spinoff game, just in case Dungeons gets shut down. The mob can be anything, be it the Wraith or the Geomancer or the Watchling. At least one Dungeons mob should be in the base game.
