Skin improvements

I would like them to add more customization to the skins, for example make certain pixels of my skin shine like the eyes of the spider, I want to be able to animate some things for example I could make a fish tank helmet and be able to add a fish that swims inside would look very cool, It should also be possible to add custom models for the skins I would like to add some small wings of allay or maybe a very high hat

I would like them to add this because the skins we have now are nothing compared to what we could achieve if we could do these things.

I know it sounds complicated but I trust that if anyone can make it, it's you.
