Better JSON parameters on custom dimensions and biomes

So, we need better dimension_type like adding things like

"sun_color": "(any color and also should be editable in misode)

"sun_size": "(depends on your choice for example 1.0 is the default size)"

"sunset_color": "(also depends on your choice)"

"sunrise_color": "(also depends)"

Now on biomes:

"rain_color": "(depends)"

"rainy_sky_color": "(also depeds)"

With these, JSONs on custom Dimensions and Biomes are even more better.
