Make mud slippery just like ice

A lot of people are suggesting to make mud block sticky like slime and honey block. I think instead of making it sticky (if it is ever going to happen), make it slippery. Muds are going to be naturally generated in large area in 1.19 and if we make it sticky, travelling would be very difficult. So, why not make it slippery instead? It would also be an alternative to ice which is very hard to get at the beginning of the game.
