Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Laughing & Angry Obsidian

These 2 new obsidian variants can be found exclusively in the nether. Laughing Obsidian is practically the opposite version of crying obsidian, as it says in the name as well as the block containing green cracks, the opposite colour of the purple cracks crying obsidian has. Angry obsidian contains red cracks. Laughing obsidian can only be found by bartering with piglins and is a much rarer drop than crying obsidian, whilst angry obsidian can be found on ruined portals as well as a new biome found in the nether, perhaps the obsidian shores biome. Since laughing obsidian is the opposite of crying obsidian, it could perhaps be crafted into a new item block that could help despawn certain mobs in areas, making this very useful for mob farms. Whilst the angry obsidian block could be used to propel things as well as having explosive properties.

    I like the 'emotional obsidian' options.  Even if they're purely decorative.  Laughing could have upwards-floating particles, Angry could have outward-floating.
