Shulker Lifts

Shulker shells are a very useful component, although they only have one specific use. I think a fun and versatile new block would be a Shulker Lift, a new redstone component that utilizes the gravity defying nature of the shulker shell to lift a player up.

Much like the Shulkers themselves, a Shulker lift would rotate the top segment of the block, potentially to a height designated by signal strength.

Shulker Lift tops could be held in place by a continuous redstone signal, only going back down when the signal has diminished, or after a set time if no signal is present.
