Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Ice Torches and Ice Lanterns

These two blocks would let you have a mellow lighting and still be able to have ice around them since the lighting can not melt it. You would be able to craft it out of ice blocks and then you can transfer it to any build you want.

    There is a form of glowing ice, I believe it's "Blue Ice", instead of just ice in general, we could use that.

    However, I believe it'd be too similar to the Soul Torch, perhaps it could be used underwater to provide underwater lighting, and that could be a reason?
