Foliage should not be flooded as mangrove roots

The fact that the foliage is able to retain water as mangrove roots do, makes the mangrove roots themselves not so interesting.

    I believe that any incomplete block should be floodable (or washable), while being a source of water (that is, water should not just levitate inside).
