Noteblock update

I feel that note blocks are really outdated and need an update in their usage. Now would be a perfect time to update them since you have already updated the juke box. My first idea would be to change it so that a note will continue to play as long as it is powered, so that we can make longer notes. My second idea is that to make note blocks show the note they play whether by showing the note or the color of the note. My third idea is to add a wider range of octaves by making blocks that play the same instruments as other produce higher or lower octaves.
