LOWER GHAST SPAWN RATES!!! And please help me get my minecoins back

Please lower ghast spawn rates they are an absolute pain to deal with when building in the nether. I'm making a massive base in the nether and ghasts ruin my builds because they spawn WAY TOO MUCH and shoot fireballs to absolutely destroy what I'm building. I'm also wanting a refund on some Minecraft add and I bought from the shop because some add ons were false advertisement or didn't show the actual gameplay of the add ons. I lost around 2000 Minecoins to stuff like that in the marketplace
