Minecraft Bedrock should introduce a native Visual Add-On Studio accessible directly from the pause menu and Creative mode.
The Studio would provide a Scratch-style block programming interface that allows players to create custom gameplay logic by connecting visual blocks representing events, conditions, variables, entities, and world interactions.
Players should also be able to create and edit basic textures and models without leaving Minecraft or manually modifying JSON files.
The editor should support controllers, touchscreens, and keyboard and mouse, making Add-On development accessible to console, mobile, and PC players.
Behind the scenes, visual projects should be translated into conventional Bedrock-compatible Add-On content and validated Script API instructions. An engine-managed sandbox should enforce memory and execution limits while restricting unauthorized access to engine and platform resources.
Projects should remain editable and exportable, allowing creators to eventually transition from visual programming to traditional development tools.
This would significantly lower the entry barrier to Bedrock Add-On development and give players a native creation environment without requiring external software or programming experience.
