Option to remove attack cooldowns in latest version 26.3 (Bedrock and Java)

I really love playing with 1.8.9 PvP, and there are a lot of people still playing that version. The latest version in Bedrock and Java has an attack cooldown, and I would like an option to enable or disable attack cooldown. Having no attack cooldown was one of the best features of 1.8.9.
