Hello, I have played Minecraft for over 10 years now. I have a suggestion for this year's fourth and final drop,
While it does contains its own unique properties, I feel the similarities between our dripstone block and the new upcoming icicles are uncanny. In this regard I feel the icicle could contain some more functionality. In my mind this could be the ability to produce powdered snow into a cauldron when either water or powdered snow is placed above the block (or ice block) the icicle is attached to. I do understand the icicles already have the ability to fall upon players as they explore the new caves, but icicles could also function with the choice to contain small patches of powdered snow placed underneath large selected areas of many icicles. This would add more of a challenge for the player, and maybe a good area for the new upcoming frostbite mob to spawn in the caves as well.
I believe this would be a good addition to Minecraft because along with all that the new drop will bring, it would be cool to have a more sustainable method to renewable powdered snow, and the choice to add powdered snow within the caves could bring added difficulty and maximize the use of the frostbite's attributes. These patches of powdered snow could also be used solely for spawning the frostbites, which could bring more of a balance to the overwhelming amount of mobs that can generate in the player's way while mining.
I look forward to the new drop, and cannot wait to explore these new caves!
