Coal into diamonds

So in real life under strong pressure a piece of coal turns into diamonds. What about adding this feature to Minecraft. If you find deepslate coal and drop exactly 20 sand on it imitating strong pressure. Adter waiting 30 in-game days it would turn into diamonds.
