Changing Timeline of Minecraft (Change between update times)

I believe that Minecraft should create an ability that allows us to change the update version of the game. For example, we should be able to modify the world to the point where the Nether only had one biome. Another example would be, we should be able to set the time when it was Minecraft Alpha.

This ability to change the time would allow us to feel the nostalgia of the game we once experienced or allow players to experience the time when a zombie might drop a feather. This will be a milestone for speed runners, challengers, people who miss the past, or are curious about the past of Minecraft.
