better furnace minecart

The furnace minecart isn't really useful with so many things messing up its purpose so I suggest it have instead of pushing or pulling in some form or way it have a radius of power pushing and pulling carts in the direction it goes normally but its radius allows it to be more effective at its job and thus more useful.
