Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Sand via lichen mechanics.

I would love it if, like IRL we had a lichen block that, when placed on stone would break it down. It could be biome dependent where if you do it in a bit biome it could go from stone to Coble to sand, but in a wet biome it could go from stone to gravel to dirt. Basically farmable sand would be nice.
