I purchased the NS2 Ultimate Edition, but the coins have not been issued.

On October 28, 2026, I purchased the Minecraft (My World) NS2 Version Ultimate Edition upgrade pack from the Hong Kong server store, paying in Hong Kong dollars. The bonus coins promised as a gift with the game purchase have not been credited to my account. My Microsoft account and Store are both set to the Hong Kong server. The account and purchase region are fully matched, but the rewards have not been properly issued. Please help me verify the order and resend the gold coin reward.

    Same issue here. Upgraded from the physical cartridge version to the Switch 2 Ultimate Collection via the in-game discount offer. The game installed fine, but zero Minecoins and none of the bundled add-ons were granted to my account.

    Did you try waiting a bit and rechecking? It worked for me, and I went from 85 to 1085 on my account. Maybe try that? If it doesn't work, then they should fix it.
