Why are th phone players buffed, they don’t deserve it

I was just peacefully playing a mace PVP in Minecraft servers, when all of a sudden a phone player joins, I don’t think much of it, but then he just uses his reach to completely obliterate me while I cant even do anything so please de buff the stupid phone players barely anybody plays on phone anyways. Like at least debuffet for PVP because that is way too powerful
