New sift structure

New sift structure is should be 'badlandcastle'. This structure will generate in 'badlands' inthe sift. This is a big castle made from blackstone, coble stone(materials from bastion and structure where is pillagers). In the middle of the structure should be 2 new bosses: gold king piglin and customized pillager. In the structure should be new music "Arch-Illager's pigstep".
