Ice crystals and vibrations

Similar to how amethyst can be used for resonance, perhaps a mechanic that integrates ice crystals into this system, for example storing a vibration value or maybe being able to emit different vibrations based on input. While vibration mechanics are out of the update’s theme and perhaps is more tailored to the sift update whenever that arrives, a new addition would be neat
