Scorched Wood

I had the idea of an woodtype that would work similar to netherrack and soulsand, where fire would not go out if set on that block. And other than netherrack and soulsand, fire can also be placed under and on the sides of this block. I imagine it looking like burnt wood with an animated texture with glows and specs of fire eminating from it, the planks having the same effect and an black texture.
