Paints (Inspired by cavemen art)

Paints would basically be Minecraft's way of art. To get paints, you would have to mine for blocks/ores underground. Then you would put them in a crafting table and turn them into paints. After that, you would go up against a wall with a stick and right-click it while crouching. You would then go on paint mode where you can paint the wall with whatever blocks you have. One you are done painting, you can exit, grab meat like steak or mutton and right-click the wall so that the paint doesn't fall. If you don't get meat, you will have 20 minutes until the paint drops into the floor.

Servers would also be able to enable a new gamerule called "canpaint" that determines whether player can paint or not paint.
