Stop the disabling of achievements due to add ons on bedrock

Add ons shouldn't disable achievements, the amount of times i have added quality of life add ons that aren't overpowered to my world to end up having it disable my achievements is ridiculous, you don't disable achievements/advancements on java when they mod why should it just be us
