I suggest adding an official cloud save and cross‑device world sync feature for Minecraft Bedrock, bound to the player’s Microsoft account.
Current problem:
Worlds are saved locally on the device. If my phone breaks, is reset, or I switch between mobile, PC, console, all my builds and survival progress will be lost. Transferring world files manually is very complicated, especially for mobile users. Realms is a paid service and is not suitable for simple local world backup.
How I hope it works:
1. Players can manually upload their single‑player worlds to cloud storage.
2. When logging into the same Microsoft account on another device, players can download these worlds.
3. Add an optional auto‑backup toggle.
4. Set a reasonable free storage limit, for example, save up to 5–10 worlds for free.
Why this feature is needed:
Many players spend hundreds of hours building bases. Losing a world is very frustrating. Official cloud backup will protect players’ creations and greatly improve the experience when switching devices.
Thank you for reading my suggestion.
