Remove XP from Infested Potion Silverfish and Add a Unique Mob Drop

The potion of infestation currently makes traditional XP progression obsolete. To fix this balance issue while keeping the potion useful for players, I suggest swapping the XP reward for a physical mob drop, essentially making infestation a drop farm rather than a XP farm.
