Ender City

Make a new biome called Ender city and you have a 0.001% chance of being teleported into it when using an ender pearl it will be full of endermen and endermites the cities will be composed of end fortresses without elytras BUT you can only do so after beating the game in that world

Cool idea, but there are already structures called End Cities in the game. Maybe Ender Cities could instead be called "End Kingdoms" or something like that?
