Ice Ball Potential Feature

I feel like the idea of the ice ball being able to generate ice when it comes into contact with water and perhaps different densities like the normal ice creating being blocks of ice in the water. This could make for some awesome mechanics by being able to jump along water while throwing the ice balls beneath your feet to keep running. Yes there's frost walker, but I think it would be a good early frost walker type of thing. Thats for your time!
