More Ice Variants

I love the new ice caves and the packed ice bricks, but I believe a new ice variant would add so much to the game.

We have blue ice, packed ice, and regular ice. I propose a 'Dark Ice' variant. It could spawn in ice caves that reach negative Y level and could be turned into ice bricks with a dark blue color. Packed ice bricks are amazing, but currently almost all blue blocks in the game are light, and the ones that aren't (like terracotta) are too flat for most builds. 

Dark Ice could also have in-game mechanics, like being a faster variant of ice-bridges. Dark ice in real life also blocks sunlight, so it could have a similar mechanic to tinted glass except work as more of a one-way mirror.
