Fidelity (enchantment)

This enchantment works like the keep inventory gamerule,leaving the enchanted gear on the player on death.it could have a maximum level of 3,the level decreasing by 1 on death.if a gear piece with fidelity breaks,its fidelity enchantment will disappear,but the armor piece will be restored with (fidelity level)*50 durability.
