Add ways for new players to discover potion recipes

I think the game should receive ways for newer players to figure out how to make different potions just like ruined portals help players figure out how to get to the nether without using the wiki or internet.

Currently the only 2 things (that I can think of right now) that even hint at you being able to make your own potions are igloos, which aren't necessarily easy for newbies to discover and end city ships. There are also brewing stands in villages so it's somewhat easy to find it, but I don't think that many people right click every new block they see, so it's also way too easy to miss.

But I guess that isn't really in need of an update if we just had ways to find out the recipes so here are 2 ideas I have which could even be used simultaneously:

A) Add a recipe book for the brewing stand so when a player obtains nether wart for the first time the notification for a brewing stand recipe pops up and they can figure it out from there the same way as with furnaces and the crafting table

B) Add hints to structures for how different potion effects are made, similar to flint and steel or fireball being found in ruined portal chests. Some structures should have chests, with a potion and a noticeably larger amount of the item used, for the brewing of that specific potion compared to other items in the chest. The potions and items could also be biome and/or structure specific ensuring you will not get some items earlier than you should.
