Blockless world/dimension setting

Please add a setting before creating the world to make the overworld and/or the nether and/or the end spawn without any blocks. Biomes will generate according to the world seed but the overworld will only generate one singular "starting" block , the nether only spawns the nether portal and the end only generates the end portal. Structure outlines should also work (e.g blazes spawn where a fortress wouldve been without the setting turned on). All dimensions should have an individual setting to turn on/off block generation. This would enhance any kind of building and skyblock maps for example and it would open so many possibilities in all dimensions.
