FIX Multiplayer Loot Distribution Bug/Function

Player 2 regularly does not receive loot from Quest Rewards, and it seems the chance for high-level rewards when they do receive anything is very low. This makes Multiplayer just straight up not functional for users playing the Campaign together from start; one person gets all of the powerful upgrades while the other scrambles to keep up. Please address this ASAP.

    It seems like player two gets way less enchantment books aswell..
