Amethyst Torch

I was thinking, since Amethyst is said to ease the mind and help with sleeping irl, I thought of Amethyst torches. playing off the idea of 'helps with sleep'; when you place an Amethyst torch next to a bed or straw bed, it would let you skip the night even if there are nearby monsters. it would give off a dim purple tinted light level of 4, and is craftable with a stick and two Amethyst shards.

    This is a really cool idea! Maybe instead of two Amethyst Shards and a Stick for the crafting recipe, it could be one Amethyst Shard on the top, a piece of Charcoal under (because charcoal is more annoying to get sometimes and the torch has a cool feature, so it should be harder to craft), and a Stick on the bottom. Idk. Really cool idea, though!
