It's good but I don't have every Minecraft musics

I only have Beginning 2 (C418), Ebb (fingerspit), Floating Trees (C418), Home (fingerspit), Memories (fingerspit), Moog City 2 (C418), Mutation (C418), Nightly (fingerspit) and Shores (fingerspit), I think it better if we have every Minecraft musics, like "Minecraft - Volume Alpha" and "Minecraft - Volume Beta"'s musics, and other Minecraft musics, and I want this addon on vanilla Minecraft without addon and on Minecraft Java Edition

Does anyone else think it's hilarious that Mojang is pinning their own submissions?

This method of content delivery feels very fence-sit-y. Either add the feature to vanilla or don't. I sincerely hope this does not become a method for delivering vanilla game content in the future. We already have experiments for this exact purpose. Or, is this a way to incentivize purchases for the addon store? Now specific vanilla game content is meant to "hook into" store purchases? This is setting a very, very ugly precedent.

This feels wrong. The block model is ugly and doesn't fit the style

Only proper complaint is the disc press model is complicated and doesn't feel much like vanilla, other than that it's mostly fine

The recipes requiring and consuming blank discs is a little strange i guess, maybe blank disc sprite is a little too simple, but those are minor

Art-wise the disc press looks pretty ugly and out of place, especially the copper disc. This being a built-in add-on is just odd. Either add it fully to vanilla (it would be an appreciated addition regardless of the marketplace integration), or make it a regular marketplace add-on.

I think vanilla content being arbitrarily locked behind a built-in add-on can set a bad precedent. I seriously hope this doesn't degenerate into having gameplay features locked behind paywalled built-in add-ons...

This would go so well in vanilla Minecraft! We need the creative mode music to be avaliable (like Taswell), maybe a different design for the disc press block, these features on Java Edition too, and perhaps a different recipe for the blank discs, like switching out the glass panes for flint. Other than that, it looks great!

Please just make this a part of the vanilla game.  These features are wonderful and will really make players excited for this new drop if they are released as vanilla features.  Why limit use of something that obviously had a lot of thought and energy invested into it?

I think this is a good start! Using glass panes for blank discs feels odd. I think honeycomb or "soft" metals like gold and copper make more sense for the base. I also find the current block model for the disc press seems a bit too detailed. Hoping to see this in Java and support more songs!

Just give it to us in Java Edition?? If this is a new way of showing off stuff before adding it to the base game its a horrible way of showing it off. Just put it into vanilla because a lot of people would want stuff like this in the main game.

    please bring this to java

I personally would love this on Java, but before that happens there are some very good questions to ask. For one, what kind of songs could be pressed? The disc press uses marketplace songs, and java doesnt have a marketplace, so would there be some sort of connection between the two? The next is what if I want custom songs? Looking at Hermitcraft, Xisuma has been making a ton of custom songs, would I be able to get those, and if so does that mean I could get any song? Well then what are the restrictions, because its not just they can only be played in the portable jukebox, which restrict the songs to you, they can also be played in a jukebox for everyone, so how can you stop some weird song from being played. I honestly think if Mojang wants to bring this to Java there has to be a lot of thought put into it on what is allowed and not allowed for this to fully work for both the player and Mojang.

the new music disc (in this drop known as records) addon is great! i was playing around with it in minecraft preview and the pocked record player is a GREAT addition to the game, though, a few things i may ask is if you could add the official minecraft albums including:

    Minecraft: Volume Alpha,

    Minecraft: Volume Beta,

    and uhh more minecraft albums.

also, mojang, or the team that reads this and reports it to mojang, please do not make paywalls for built in addons, add this into vanilla or make it a marketplace addon. the texture for the disc press is kind of ugly, i know thats how almost all of the textures in the texture update snapshots were, but PLEASE make the texture better, also unrelated sidenote, can you guys make block hitboxes (like where you can place cushions in), like java's? its kind of hard to make cushion art with less advanced hitboxes.
